Gale and Gale’s Personal Training is extremely concerned with mitigating the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, and our highest priority, beyond providing the exercise and fun that you need to achieve a beautiful and healthy body, is keeping our clients safe and healthy. I want to assure you we are keeping abreast of daily developments on the pandemic, and are following the recommendations of the CDC.

I am not cancelling one-on-one personal training sessions that are scheduled, but I am taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of those training.  I will not report to work if I’m feeling ill or have any respiratory illness symptoms. I encourage you to call and postpone any training session you have scheduled if you are feeling ill.

I am taking my sanitizing and cleaning efforts above my normal high standards, and are cleaning and disinfecting every chair, surface, wall, bannister, door, door handles, and restroom facility.  As always, the studio is cleaned top to bottom with sanitizing solutions.
